contacting Ryan air
- I have spend the last few days (off and On) trying to contact Ryan air. You just cannot get to them at all, its a disgrace. I have no idea how they are allowed to operate at all out of England. Where is Customer Service?

Can't Contact Customer Services
- On a recent Ryanair flight, having paid for Priority Boarding, non-priority passengers were allowed onto the plane via the rear entrance before even half the priority queue had boarded. I wrote to Customer Services to demand a refund and received no reply. I phoned Ryamair Head Office and asked to be put through to Customer Services but this was refused and I was told to send another letter, which I did - I am still waiting. This will be the last time I ever fly with Ryanair.

Ryanair Communications: volcanic ash
- For 3-months Ryanair have asked for all claims to be FAXED to them. But then they ignore your submission. You hear nothing.

Bogus Phone numbers
- Has anyone been actually able to get through to Ryanair via their 10p a minute line? After selecting an option the line appears to be dead. I can anticpate that Ryanair will respond that they don't want to pay for hold music or somesuch excuse, but acknowledging the existence of a caller by an intermittent message or (god forbid) a ringing tone seems like a basic courtesy.

Communication? Show me where?
- After spending 20 mins on your web site, trying to find an address to correspond to. I've given up. Why? Because the two fax numbers I have been give also do not work. So you are Head of What? because you are certainly not communicating.

Ryan & the Volcano
- You would think that Ryanair would make it easy for a customer to get a refund under the cufcumstances(my flight was cancelled), but O no! Try and find a refund site on the website. In the end I had to pay a fortune to speak to someone. I even tried changing the dates but got charged a transfer fee for my trouble. Why do they go out of their their way to be obstructive and devious? Also, inview of the current problems you would think that phones would be manned at weekend. I bet the boss doesn't have to through this FRUSTRATING website.

Cancelling - refuse to tell you amount
- When cancelling a return ticket to Malaga from UK (after having an accident that makes the trip impossible), Ryanair only refund the goverment tax, after deucting their own fee from it. When I called they refused to say how much government tax I had paid or how much Ryanair would deduct from its refund. They only alluded that the fee would be as much as or greater than the refund so no point requesting the refund of government tax. Why would they not tell me the amount of government tax I paid and how much their refund fees were? The phonecall to find that out cost a fortune too, as they don't offer an email address for enquiries. Bunch of crooks!

What a joke!
- I was really ready to hear them defend themselves properly. I can't believe they believe their own hype.

RE: Are you happy with Ryanair's respons
- I am not at all happy with any of the answers from Ryanair. They have just confirmed that I am correct to stand by my decision to fly Easyjet or any other airline instead. I would rather pay a little more and be able to contact the airline I am flying with and have some level of customer service. If Ryanair think that 7 working days for a reply is acceptable then they can keep the mugs that continue to fly them and I will continue to fly with other airlines. I know too many people who have had bad experiences with Ryanair and many people I know will not fly with them at all.
