Where is Valencia?One the east coast of Spain, about four hours south of Barcelona. Some of the best beaches in Spain can be found in the 100km or so to the south of Valencia.
Getting to and from Valencia AirportThere regular buses every 30 minutes from Valencia airport to Valencia city center. It costs 1€ and takes 15 minutes. A taxi costs about 15€. It is likely to be cheaper to get the bus to the city and take a taxi from the bus station to your hotel.
How to Get from Valencia to Other Destinations in Spain

What to Do in ValenciaDespite being Spain's third largest city, the old town area, where you are likely to spend most of your time, is relatively small and compact. Valencia is the home of paella - there are paella restaurants throughout the city and in the surrounding villages. On the last Wednesday of August is the Tomatina Tomato Fight.
