Where is Malaga?
On the south coast of Spain at the eastern end of the Costa del Sol.What to Do in Malaga
The birthplace of Pablo Picasso (a fact Malaga milks greatly, even though the painter rarely spent any time here). Malaga's beaches are swarming with pale northern Europeans trying to get a tan and its bars are full of red northern Europeans getting away from the heat after spending the previous day in the sun. There are better beaches outside of Malaga (especially to the east) - do yourself a favor and go there. There is a major bullfighting festival that is worth seeing. Malaga Airport Transfer
Malaga is a major airport and there are regular buses to the city center, which takes about 30 minutes. There is also a bus straight to Marbella airport, about 45 minutes to an hour away. As Marbella doesn't have a train station, if you are heading in that direction, this bus is an essential service.Alternatively, book a private transfer, which will collect you from outside the airport and take you directly to your hotel, hassle free.
