Tomatina Accommodation in Buñol
Accommodation in Buñol itself is extremely difficult to get and is virtually impossible to book in advance. There are very few hotels in Buñol, the only accommodation available is provided by opportunist locals who offer their rooms at inflated prices. You could try your luck in Buñol the night before
Instead, most people stay in Valencia, while others take overnight buses and trains to Tomatina from another city in Spain (see below).

Home Exchange and Couchsurfing
A home exchange is a great way to get what would normally be expensive accommodation during high season. It's unlikely anyone from Buñol would give up their home during Tomatina (they want to be there to clean it afterwards) but Valencia might be a good spot to try.If you don't have a home to swap, maybe you could just borrow someone's couch for a few days (known as 'couchsurfing'). Your host should also act as a handy guide during the festivities.
