Shopping (or window shopping, at the very least) is one of the highlights of a visit to Barcelona Although you'll find all the usual fashion stores in the city centre, and along Las Ramblas, Avinguda Diagonal and Passeig De Gràcia, this is a list dedicated to ideas for vintage clothes and antiques shopping, plucked from our Barcelona Top 100 Things to Do. There are several pockets around the city to go looking for both. We start with a small passage in El Raval.
1. Retro Shops on Carrer Riera Baixa
Carrer Riera Baixa only occupies one block in El Raval. But that one block is almost entirely devoted to funky second-hand fashion shops, making it one of the best spots in the city for vintage and retro clothing. Get kitted up here in anything from 1920s tiaras to '70s flares.

2. Antique Stores in Barrio Gotico
Carrer Banys Nous is one of those medieval alleys that doesn't see a lot of light. A suitable home for some of the city's most interesting bric-a-brac stores, full of dusty books and antiques. See more on Antique Stores in Barrio Gòtico
3. Indpendent Fashion in Gràcia
Gràcia has a style all of its own and is served by a host of independent boutiques and alternative fashion stores. Especially around Carrer Torrijos, Cerrer Verdi, Gran De Gràcia and Travesera de Gràcia.
