The whole southern tip of Spain is accessible from Seville, although with so many interesting places to visit along the coast, returning to Seville each day would become a chore if you tried to visit them all as day trips.
One city to avoid unless you have a lot of time is Huelva, an industrial sea port that, yes, has good fish restaurants (but doesn't most of Spain?) and, yes, makes the best ham in the country (so good that it is sold all over the country) but other than that, there isn't much there.

Cordoba
Nice old town that feels out of character for a busy city. Cordoba's Mezquita (mosque) is the biggest attraction.
Cadiz
A nice old town on a peninsula on the south coast, Cadiz has beaches, history, a nice climate and great fish.
Santiponce
Some of the most complete Roman ruins you'll find outside of Italy. Close enough to do in a morning (ruins close early (about 5pm) so make the trip early).
Utrera
A pleasant town with a nearby nature reserve, the region around Utrera is where bulls are bred for bullfighting.
Carmona
A nice walled city with a Roman necropolis.
Ronda
Probably the most famous of the pueblos blancos, built astride a deep ravine, with impressive bridges joining the two sides.
