SPYNS is an 'active travel company' based in Canada that offers luxury guided tours of Pamplona and the surrounding region. If you're not interested in experiencing the Pamplona Running of the Bulls with British and Australian stag parties, SPYNS offers a viable alternative. Staying a few minutes' walk outside the city center (where it is much quieter), the emphasis of this tour is squarely on seeing the bull run (with a private balcony to view it from), also featuring cycling tours of the La Rioja wine region and meals at some excellent restaurants in the region.
PP Travel offer a number of San Fermin tours, including four-day beach and bull run packages.
A cheap and cheerful website, these guys are Pamplona fanatics. They even provide contact details for if you want to join their party without paying to join one of their tours. If you have never run before, contact these guys, they'll give you some essential advice.
From the same company that offers the 'Discover La Rioja and the Running of the Bulls' tour (see above), this itinerary gives you four days at the festival, staying in an out-of-town (quiet) hotel. The company has a private balcony on the route of the bull run, from which you can watch the bull run.
Each year the Travel Bar in Barcelona organizes a coach to Pamplona, leaving Barcelona in the afternoon and arriving in time for the partying and departing from Pamplona in the morning after the bulls have run. Requires less forward planning as you don't need to pay in advance - great if you need a last-minute tour. There is no information on their website, but there is a map so you can find the bar, where they'll be able to give you more information. Alternatively, try the Point Hostels (Gothic Point, Sea Point and Central Point) - they usually have information on the tours.
PamplonaHousing.com, as the name suggests, specializes in accommodation in Pamplona, but they also offer balconies, airport transfers and tapas and wine in the afternoon (a great way to fill your afternoons as there isn't much else to do in Pamplona during San Fermin!)
Festival Adventures' Pamplona packages include full tours, accommodation only deals and balconies.
