Flamenco tablaos in Madrid and throughout Spain tend to follow a similar style - a classy sit-down meal followed by a flamenco sho complete with singers, guitarists and dancers. You either pay up front for the entry, show and meal or you pay a lower entry price and order your food 'a la carte'.
