Pintxos in the Basque Country, Spain

One of the magical things about 'pintxos' (the Basque word for pinchos, or tapas) is the variety. This is why I decided to select pintxos from just one bar to give you an idea of what you can get without changing bars. This bar, La Tapa in Bilbao is particularly good, but there are others that are similar.
