How to Get from Barcelona to Girona by Train

There are trains every 30 minutes or hour throughout the day from Barcelona to Girona. Frustratingly, the train times are not advertised on the main Renfe website or on Rail Europe. Instead, you have to look on a special Renfe timetable page (I have no idea why): Barcelona to Girona Train Timetable. Tickets are under seven euros and must be booked from the train station.
