A great way to choose where to go when visiting Spain is to make your decision based on what's going on in Spain around the time you want to visit. That's why when I first started this site more than six years ago and did my Calendar of Events in Spain. You'll find there events for each month of the year in Spain, as well as lists of bullfighting festivals, flamenco festivals, nudist events and a lot more.
Some of these lists are rather long, making it quite a daunting task for those who aren't so familiar with Spain. Which is why I've started compiling new lists of the top cities to visit in Spain for each month of the year. Taking into account what's on in each city, I've selected the best places to get the most out of your trip to Spain.
