Spain's currency, the euro, has fallen to a two-year low against the US dollar. One American dollar now buys 82 euro cents. Or, to put it another way, a euro is worth $1.22.
To put that into perspective, the euro reached $1.47 in April 2011. Which means Americans visiting Europe are getting 20% more bang for the buck than they were a little over a year ago.
