So now you can't use price comparison sites to compare Ryanair to other airlines, how can you make sure you are getting the cheapest flight to Spain? Well, start off by comparing prices on every other airline in Europe and then visit Ryanair's own website. But don't take the first price you see as the amount you are going to pay - there will always be extra charges. Find out How to Get the Cheapest Fares with Ryanair.
Perhaps the least surprising part of this is that Ryanair claims to have received no complaints. Why? Because it is nearly impossible to make a complaint to Ryanair! The company provides no online form or email address to complain. The only way to make a complaint is by writing to Customer Services Dept, Ryanair Head Office, Dublin Airport, Co Dublin. They also have a fax number: +353 1 8121230. The British government was said to be about to force Ryanair to have a complaints email, but so far nothing has happened.
Update
I have set up a new page for users to share their experiences of Ryanair with other readers. Rather than leaving a comment at the bottom of this blog, why not Share Your Ryanair Experience and let others know about what happened to you?

Definiitely true… no adress, no complaints. Anyway, reading the “Terms and Conditions” on their site made me run away… who knows they might well bill you the fact that you wear sunglasses or a jacket!!!!
It’s like banging your head against a brick wall. My daughter has been stranded at Girona airport since 4.30 this morning. Her flight was supposed to take-off at 6.30 am and she’s still there at 17.12. Not one member of Ryanair staff has been to see them. A British policeman who is also flying went to try and speak to someone and apparently was told that he would be arrested if he went any further! She’s got a two and half year old and an eight year old in her party. I’ve just got off the phone to her and she’s in tears. What sort of service is this! Thank you for giving me the space to let off steam.
